Our Return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Request your Return Authorization by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the response and the address of the closest warehouse where you can ship. the product you would like to return.
To assure your refund please use a trackable shipping service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
If the product is returned after usage, with any kind of damage (Small or Big) or without original packaging. You will not be eligible for refund.

If you are not satisfied with your watch, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as it is in its original packaging and has not been worn. Please contact our customer service team for more information on how to process a return
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped. you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
1) Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at TOC-G Watches. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship that arise within one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Repair or Replacement: If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, we will either repair the watch or replace it with a comparable model. Our decision to repair or replace will be made at our discretion. If the same model is not available, we will offer a similar model of equal or greater value.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team/ our dealer. We will provide instructions on how to send the watch in for evaluation. Once we have evaluated the watch, we will inform you of the repair or replacement options available.
Shipping and Handling: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the watch to us for evaluation. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced watch back to you.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not lost or damage to other property.
This warranty policy is in addition to any other rights and remedies that you may have under applicable law. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without notice.
