Simply locate the crown, the small knob on the side of your watch, and either unscrew or pull it out to its furthest position. Turn the crown clockwise to adjust the time forward and counterclockwise to move it backward. Once the time and date are set, push the crown back in
We recommend having the battery replaced by a professional to ensure that it is done properly and without damaging the watch
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on our watches. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
If you are not satisfied with your watch, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in its original packaging and has not been worn. Please contact our customer service team for more information on how to process a return
The customer has to email us at info@tocgwatches.com with the issue and pictures, our team will review the email and will revert back. Once we confirm, the customer has to ship the product to us so we can service it or replace it if the defect is unserviceable. Customers should bear the cost for shipping the product back to us and we will bear the cost of shipping the watch back to the customer.
